Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days
    • Available for most locations.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days
    • Available for select locations. Please check at checkout for eligibility.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
    You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received and a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way.
  • Backorders or Delays:
    If an item is out of stock or there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping timeline.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your shipment. You can check the status of your order through our website or the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses:
    We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, shipping times may vary and tracking may not be available for some destinations.
  • Restricted Shipping Areas:
    We currently do not ship to the following locations: United States: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico
  • Multiple Shipments:
    If you have ordered multiple items and they ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, work with the carrier to resolve it. If your package was damaged, please send photos of the damage to admin@normativeus.com.
